Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use lovain.ai, whatever device, browser or assistive technology they use. This statement explains our target, what we have done to meet it and how to tell us if something doesn’t work for you.
Our target
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA across the whole site.
What we have done
- Semantic HTML with landmarks, a logical heading structure and a “skip to content” link.
- Every feature works with a keyboard, with a clearly visible focus indicator.
- Text and interface colours meet WCAG AA contrast in both light and dark themes; body text meets AAA.
- Light and dark themes that follow your device setting, with a switch in the header.
- Animation is decorative and stops when your device asks for reduced motion.
- Support for Windows high contrast (forced colours) mode.
- Forms have visible labels, plain-English error messages, an error summary and support for autofill. They also work without JavaScript.
- Pages reflow without horizontal scrolling at 320 pixels wide and remain usable when text is enlarged to 200%.
- Images have text alternatives, and decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
- No time limits, auto-playing media or content that flashes.
How we test
Every release is checked automatically with axe-core on every page, in light and dark themes, at mobile and desktop sizes, together with keyboard navigation tests and checks that nothing overlaps or overflows on small screens.
Known limitations
We are not aware of any accessibility barriers on the site. If you find one, please tell us.
